Something I don’t think is mentioned enough for new skaters is it’s okay to change your wheels as you progress … I’m on a 101a wheel now… it took several months to get to this wheel but I feel the glide and the difference did help with my confidence 🫶🫶🫶 also don’t forget to stretch and add strength training to your fun and games …. It helps ❤️🫶🙌🛼

I have a NTS plate but sometimes I get a little jealous of people who have jam plugs. I feel like people use them to stabilize when learning spins or other possible moves. Please weigh in on this! I want everyone opinion!
