Hey all, I am moving off this platform and into a new one called Kajabi. You should already be on my mail list, so there's nothing you'd be missing other than access to the recordings of particular sessions - if you still use those, let me know and we can work something out about that. I have some very exciting news for graduates of past cohorts, which I will announce later next week, so please watch for that! I appreciate your participation and partnership. I am yours forever, so don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. Cheers, Aaron

Would you be able to provide a document with all the links to the insight timer meditations from this course? I usually access each meditation by going through this app so really appreciate a substitute. Thank you!
Week Eight is here and here's some stuff I'm present to
First - a remarkable amount of gratitude (duh). But seriously. It is a privilege for me to work with y'all this way. Second, the new cohorts are starting, and they will all be using the same community message boards, so you may see some new faces. They're friendly. Third—results. Unsurprisingly, I am interested in hearing the tangible, real-world results that are showing up—but results are a funny thing to talk about in the context of the non-striving world that mindfulness occupies. I wrote this post today on FB and LinkedIn, and it starts to cover the results my team has been getting. However, I wanted to open this up because I'd love to hear from you what's been happening. Looking for results from the world we walked into this conversation from will sort of kill it. Noticing what's present that may or may not have been there before from nonjudgmental awareness, however, will likely create a space for more. We will talk more about this phenomenon tomorrow. In the meantime, this what I posted on the socials: Here’s something counterintuitive and sorta hard to talk about - like when you see something out of the corner of your eye, but when you turn, it's gone. The agents in my mindfulness-based training increased their production by 225% year over year—without working harder, adding new lead sources, or grinding their way to success. And yet, here’s what I don’t want you to take away from this: “Ah, okay! If I just chill out, I’ll 2X my production too!” Because that’s exactly the mindset that keeps people stuck in the grind. We are so conditioned to approach success like a math equation: Do X, get Y. Hustle more, make more. Push harder, get results. The Lamborghini Leaning Hustle Crowd has us convinced it's up at 3 AM, ice baths, 75 Hard, multitasking, peak performance bullshit that will have us excel. And yet, we know intuitively that we are more effective when we are calm, present, and available than when we are frantic, exhausted, and pressed. The thing that's kind of hidden here is that striving is often what gets in the way.

During this course I -Finally applied for and interviewed for multiple new jobs which I’d been suffering about for a while with no results from my prior actions. -Actually did what needed to be done to declare a masters program and apply, something I’ve been on the fence about for 7 years. -Cried more (I wish I had a measurable result for you but it’s noticeable). -I altered my relationship to my foot pain, it’s not really pain anymore, it’s just the way my foot feels when it feels that way.
Question for Y'all
I just made a new revision of the manual/guide/journal thing for the next cohort and the question I have for you is this: does anyone use the fillable aspect of the journal? Is that a worthwhile thing for me to do? Or does it not matter? I also would love any feedback on the new manual/guide/workbook thing.

I haven’t been using the journal but will now, I know it’s not fillable now but wanted to still give the feedback that I would use it if it were an option!
Week Five Posted and Free Offering
I've posted week five for your review along with the Insight Timer link. Also: I often say that the best part of hanging out with me is eventually you might get to hang out with my wife and here's your chance. Some of the people here have worked with her and I know they would agree... She is hosting a free EFT Tapping Session for Valentine's Day - it's called Love the One You're With and should be remarkable. If you're unfamiliar with EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) you should be. It's a fantastic tool to deal with and release emotional baggage stuck in the body. It aligns very much with the work we've been doing (she and I are talking about creating a retreat together at some point because the two practices are so well-matched). This is what she says about tomorrow's class: What would happen, if this month we all focused on keeping our hearts just a little more open? Why not?! It's February, and any excuse is a good excuse to bring attention to coming into our hearts and radiating more love and healing to ourselves, each other, and the planet. The world needs more of this! It can be so easy to shut down and close our hearts when we feel scared, threatened, unseen, or not enough... And the list goes on. There are a lot of reasons to protect our hearts in the world. We contribute to a collective heart energy that benefits society by radiating love and compassion. Even if it is only 2% more open and available, that is enough. This small opening makes a difference. Start close in. Start with yourself and watch it ripple out in your relationships and the planet. Join us this Thursday, Feb 13, from 9 to 10 a.m. PST for a free EFT Tapping class to open our hearts to give and receive more love, joy, compassion, and healing. You can register here, and I highly recommend you check it out. You have nothing but your baggage to lose 😁. Check it out: Meeting Registration - Zoom

Thank you for sharing the info! I tried clicking the clink and it says "Uhoh, cannot be found."
Welcome to Your Course
I am using this platform to hold the course as an effort to move away from Facebook and to have a cohesive space that holds everything you and I need for a successful program. I think this will do the trick (but I am counting on your feedback to determine that). All the course info you will need is here: dates, links, videos of weekly calls, etc. Hopefully, it's intuitive enough to be useful and we will review it all in the first session. If you are open to it, take a moment to introduce yourself here to get things started. Maybe share where you live, your occupation, and what you want to accomplish in this course. Have fun with it and share a picture of something you are grateful for.

Hi, I'm Julie! I live in north Denver, Colorado and work from home as a nurse. What I want to accomplish with this course is really creating a structure/practice that supports me in the rollercoaster of life and creating peace amongst all the emotions. I'm so grateful for my family and home. It really is a creation beyond what I ever thought possible for myself and has just been true magic. Here is a pic of my son at 10 months old, chatting with his great aunt on zoom, on the first resin river table I made, in our awesome home. His bow tied shirt says "Ladies, I have arrived." Cracks me up every time I see this.
