🌿 The Official "Come Back to Yourself" 3-Day Somatic Reset Schedule
Family, look at the architecture of what we are stepping into starting tomorrow morning. This is not a mental exercise; this is a systematic, physiological upgrade designed to drop your system out of survival loops and lock it back into a baseline of deep, unshakable resilience. Print this out, clear your space, and get your environment ready tonight. Over the next three days, I will be dropping the exact daily blueprints right here. Here is what you need to prepare before tomorrow: • Clear a quiet space in your room for floor movement. • Find a foam roller or roll up a thick blanket for your evening practices. • Get ready to take your devices offline during your practice windows. Drop a comment below to declare that you are IN. No excuses, no hesitation. Let's step into this frequency together! ⚡️🌿

🛡️ Day 1: Signaling Safety
Family, we are live. The entire mission of Day 1 is down-regulating your sympathetic nervous system. We are telling your amygdala that the armor can finally be dropped. Do these practices today and commit to the space. • 🚫 Digital & Environmental Constraint: Zero-Notification Horizon. All devices must go into airplane mode during your practice. No scrolling, no alerts. The moment the sun goes down, switch off all overhead synthetic lighting. Use candles or warm red-spectrum bulbs to trigger your body’s natural melatonin. • 🌅 Morning Practice: Primal Purge (10 Minutes) • The Breath: Nasal inhale for 4 seconds, hold and sip a tiny bit more air at the top for 2 seconds, then let out a deep, audible, vocalized sigh through an open mouth for 8 seconds. • The Movement: Stand with your feet wide. Begin micro-shaking from your knees up through your pelvis and shoulders to shed stagnant cortisol. Finish with 3 minutes of heavy, intentional heel-stomping to map your boundaries and ground into the earth. • ☀️ Afternoon Practice: The Coherent Shield (15 Minutes) • The Breath: 5-second smooth inhale through the nose, 5-second smooth exhale through the nose. No pauses at the top or bottom, maintain a continuous fluid wave. • The Movement: Interlock your fingers behind your head. Keep your head straight but look with your eyes all the way to the right until you feel an involuntary yawn, sigh, or deep swallow. Repeat on the left side to instantly activate your vagus nerve. • 🌙 Evening Practice: The Fascia Melt (12 Minutes) • The Breath: Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, and exhale with a slow, whispered "shhh" sound through pursed lips for 8 seconds. • The Movement: Lie down over a rolled blanket or foam roller positioned horizontally under your shoulder blades. Extend your arms out wide like a snow angel. Breathe directly into the tightness of your chest and shoulders to melt the armor of the day. Comment below once you have completed your Day 1 practices. How does your body feel right now? 👇⚡️

Running late today did the morning exercise in my car, afternoon during my break, it was a quick one but I managed. And did the last one at home. Even though it was a quick session, It skmehow made a difference, not very significant in my case but I fell asleep faster
The mind loves information, but the body only cares about results
Let us talk directly to the members in this container who have gone completely silent over the last few weeks. When you first joined this group, your system was primed for change. You felt the resonance of the message, you recognized the logic, and you intended to do the work. Then, the friction of your daily routine took over. Your old conditioning pulled you right back into the familiar, predictable loops of raw adrenaline and constant hustle. Now, you are observing from the sidelines. You see others sharing their physical shifts, and your mind is telling you a highly dangerous lie: “I will dive back in when my schedule clears up, when life calms down, or when I feel ready.” Your biology does not work that way. Waiting for the perfect, calm moment to regulate your nervous system is a cognitive trap. If you only practice when your environment is flawless, you are not training your biology for resilience; you are just participating in a luxury. True somatic leadership is forged in the friction. It is about introducing a physical input right when the chaos is hitting its peak. If you have been inactive, your system has simply defaulted back to its old, high-threat prediction model. It is treating the work as an extra chore instead of a non-negotiable boundary. You do not need to review all the classroom lessons you missed. You do not need to catch up on the text. You just need to interrupt the current loop with one physical choice today. This container is moving fast, and we are not leaving anyone behind. Your seat is still here, but your biology requires you to actively step back into the frequency. • If you have been lurking in the shadows, this is your direct prompt to re-engage. • What is the exact physical sensation that has been keeping you stuck on the sidelines? • What is the one micro-movement or breath you will commit to right now to signal safety to your framework? Drop your comment below. No explanations, no apologies for being away. Just claim your space and let us witness your return to alignment

Before we talk about what’s next, I want to celebrate YOU. 💛
I’ve been a little quiet here lately, and I’ve missed connecting with you. Yesterday we officially closed our first every 8 week cohort group preparing for the next one! The heart of Earth 2.0 is the people. The curiosity you bring. The care you offer. The things you try, learn, and share that help someone else take their next step. So let’s catch up: What’s one win from your life lately? A breakthrough. A new habit. A moment of peace. Getting back to something you love. Something small that meant a lot to you. It all belongs here. I’ve also been inspired by WishWell’s approach to making care a daily practice: pause, bring someone to mind, and offer them 60 seconds of focused attention. Their ZeroOne tattoo is a physical reminder to take that pause. What I love is the practical design: a visible cue, a simple action, and an invitation to repeat it. It brings practices explored in meditation, gratitude, and compassion research into an everyday moment. A little reminder for all of us: we can make time to wish someone well—and let them know we’re thinking of them. And there’s more to look forward to: we’re back with weekly calls this November! ✨ Our upcoming schedule will bring leading experts in consciousness, science, sound healing, biohacking, longevity, and more. I’m excited for us to learn, explore, and put new ideas into practice together. Full schedule coming soon. For now, let’s celebrate each other. Drop your win below, and leave a little love on someone else’s. I’d love to hear how you’ve been. 💛 PS: Sharing with you some images from our last week in Redwood forrest working with group of leaders from around the world on creating a world that everyone wants to live in!

It’s beautiful to see how this community continues to grow through shared learning and care. One personal win is learning to make more time for quiet moments, gratitude, and simple breathing practices. These small habits help bring more peace and balance into everyday life. I love the reminder that even a minute of wishing someone well can make a difference. Looking forward to the weekly calls and learning more together!
You cannot hide your frequency.
You can say all the right words. You can repeat all the positive affirmations. But if your physical body is vibrating at the frequency of scarcity, anxiety, or survival, that is exactly what you will project into the world. Look at how you are holding yourself right now. Is your breath shallow? Is your physical posture collapsed or rigidly tense? That tight, restricted physical state holds a specific electrical frequency. It is the frequency of lack and survival. When you stay in that physical state, you naturally attract more situations that match that exact level of stress. We try so hard to change our thoughts, but we completely ignore our vibration. Your nervous system is the antenna. If the antenna is warped by trapped stress, you cannot tune into a higher frequency of abundance, clarity, or ease. You have to change the physical channel first. Let us check the antenna right now. Drop a number from 1 to 10 in the comments below based on your current physical frequency. 1 means your energy feels heavy, blocked, anxious, and stuck in a low survival loop. 10 means your frequency feels completely light, open, radiant, and fully aligned. Do not analyze it with your mind. Just feel the vibration in your chest and your gut right now, and drop your number below
