Something I've been noticing...
June feels like the most visible month of the year. The warmer weather brings everyone outside. Parks are full. Restaurants are busy. There's an energy of being seen that's harder to avoid this time of year. So I'm curious: Where in your life do you wish you could be more...you? I don't mean a different version of you. Just more you. I'd love to hear what's coming up.

@Rachel Bach I love this… be kind and speak up! I need to work on speaking up and setting boundaries
Invitation to awareness…
🦋 A takeaway from yesterday’s conversation on breath and awareness… Awareness is the foundation of all somatic work. Before we can change a pattern, regulate a nervous system response, or make a different choice, we first have to notice what’s happening. Most of us spend years trying to fix things before we’ve learned how to observe them. Yep, me too! Today, try this out: Pause for one moment. Take one slow breath. Notice the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. No need to change anything. Just notice. Awareness is where healing and any sustainable change begins. What did you notice when you paused today? 🫶🏽

I need to start doing this and practice it frequently!
Quick Check in...
What's one thing that's been helping you get through the week lately? Big or small. Could be movement, music, time outside, rest, a favorite meal, a conversation, a pet, a book... anything. Curious what's helping people right now. Mine's been music. I've had this classic on repeat on my commute. https://open.spotify.com/track/2cReSKmcyhe6lw8QSj5AYD?si=1ae104c2e68147b8 The Traveling Wilburys - End of The Line (best heard loud!) The message reminds me of something my grandma Betty used to say: "It will all be ok in the end, and if it's not ok, it's not the end." 💛

One thing that’s helping me get through the week is my PT exercises for my neck. I feel stronger after completing them which makes me feel better mentally and physically!

Also, I LOVED talking to Izabela this week! It was so nice to catch up 😊
Quick Feedback Request
Hi friends! Izabela and I were chatting and thought a useful way to keep things moving would be to ask the group directly - what types of sessions do you want to see, and what approaches to content resonate with you? No pressure to respond but if you feel called, any feedback , comments or ideas are welcome! Here's a simple poll with some categories that may help. We're dedicated to growing this group the right way, so opinions from the source are appreciated. These are just a few starters, so if we missed something below, please add in comments. We understand everyone has a lot going on and ultimately want this space to be where you can just come and take a breath and be supported as you are. 🙏🏽

I apologize for being late on this post! I'm interested in seeing more simple tools for effective change, trauma healing, and pre-recorded options!
