It’s not flashy, but it’s consistent. 📌 Revenue This Week: $1,112 📌 Time Involved: 25–30 minutes total 📌 Inventory Held: None 📌 System Used: Automated product fulfillment & customer flow 📌 Traffic Source: Organic + evergreen offer Why does this matter? As investors, we talk a lot about cash flow, scalability, and systems. I treated this side project like a micro-asset — built it once, automated the fulfillment, and it runs quietly in the background. I’m still focused full-time on CRE, but having an extra stream that doesn’t pull focus has been a solid hedge, especially with the unpredictability in the market lately.
