BPC157/TB500
I have a 5mg BPC-157 / 5mg TB-500 blend (10mg total). How much BAC water should I add for proper reconstitution?

Which Peptides Did You Drop After Giving Them a Real Shot?
We talk a lot about the peptides we love — but what about the ones that didn't make the cut? Which peptides did you research with, give a legit try, and then decide "yeah, never again"? Maybe the sides weren't worth it. Maybe it just didn't deliver what you expected. Whatever the reason — I want to hear about it. Drop yours below 👇

Reta and cagrilintide
Quick question for anyone running Retatrutide + Cagrilintide. I’m currently on 5 mg Reta weekly, split Wed/Sat, and about to add Cagri. How are you guys running it? •What days are you pinning Cagri? •Same day as Reta or separate? •Starting dose? •How’s it feeling so far? Appreciate any insight 🙏

Making 4.5 Hours of Sleep Feel Like 8? Not Quite… But Close 😂
Sometimes life gets in the way of perfect sleep hygiene. Yesterday I wanted to squeeze in some more of Texas before heading back home to Denver, so I made my way over to Fort Worth to explore. Between some work, yapping, food, and sightseeing… I managed a solid 4.5 hours of sleep. But here's the thing — check out the screenshot below. A full hour of deep sleep, which is right around what I typically average even on a full night. That's the part that actually matters for recovery. Am I feeling 100%? Absolutely not. But I'm sitting at a solid 80%, which on less than 5 hours is pretty remarkable. The moral of the story: you're not always going to be able to control how much sleep you get. Life happens. Travel happens. But when you only have a few hours to work with, peptides can help you make the most of that window and optimize the sleep you DO get. I actually wrote about this exact topic — check out the post below for how to maximize shorter sleep windows 👇 🔗 If You Only Get 6 Hours of Sleep, Here's How to Make Them Count Also fair warning — I don't get back to Denver until 1am so tomorrow morning's posts might be slightly delayed 🤣
