Sometimes life gets in the way of perfect sleep hygiene. Yesterday I wanted to squeeze in some more of Texas before heading back home to Denver, so I made my way over to Fort Worth to explore. Between some work, yapping, food, and sightseeing… I managed a solid 4.5 hours of sleep.
But here's the thing — check out the screenshot below. A full hour of deep sleep, which is right around what I typically average even on a full night. That's the part that actually matters for recovery.
Am I feeling 100%? Absolutely not. But I'm sitting at a solid 80%, which on less than 5 hours is pretty remarkable.
The moral of the story: you're not always going to be able to control how much sleep you get. Life happens. Travel happens. But when you only have a few hours to work with, peptides can help you make the most of that window and optimize the sleep you DO get.
I actually wrote about this exact topic — check out the post below for how to maximize shorter sleep windows 👇
Also fair warning — I don't get back to Denver until 1am so tomorrow morning's posts might be slightly delayed 🤣
