The LOI
Y’all, I have a question about the LOI. If it has a “price” section, where or rather when do we change the price? After due diligence and finding the ARV? Please let me know, Juan
Update: July 8th
So as of right now, I have “3” leads. 2 that look really cold. Note I’ve called and texted both numbers plenty of times, and will continue to do so. Lastly, there’s lead number 3. This one is somewhat “hard” to do deal with. I just met with the owner earlier today. But it’s a two story building 7000 sf. He wants no less than 1,150k. Guess if anyone knows a buyer let me know so we can set something up. There’s a lot of construction going around so I assume this might go up in price. In the meantime, I’ll be looking for more deals while dialing cash buyers and see what they’re looking for. Have a good day.
