A land deal was sent to me to jv, but since the lot was small, around .12 acres, and that it was shaped as a triangle, it made it hard to find a buyer for it. I reached out to a connection i had and explained the situation, and he had a buyer on hand for it, sold it in 2 weeks, and i took a finders fee and let them split the bulk of the deal, thats why the amount is small.
