@Kay Lakshmi Cruse yes i agree, scooped necklines are sometimes more feminine and flattering for the ladies. @Peter Wilson they're a bit more 'revealing', as in not right up to the neckline as with normal tees if you get what i mean?if not, am sure all will be revealed more clearly when kay finds a pic! 😊
2 meetings this week, Affiliate info on Tuesday, PGM Thursday
Tomorrow (Tuesday 2nd Dec) we have our Affiliate Marketing session, this will be on for 30 minutes, but be great for anyone wanting to move forward with a sovereign enterprise. Thursday will be our normal PGM at 7.30pm, i will be going over some research regarding the small claims track CPR27 issues i have covered recently, and HOW to still fight your corner if you are in the small claims track and how to handle judges "Discretion" PLUS, i screen shot all of the spies comments last week, obfuscation for sure, but clarity is vital, so i will be covering the comments that were made, should be very interesting, hopw to see you there, links in the calendar section for all meetings

HRT - any views on taking it/not taking it
Hi all A little off the usual topics, but there is a lot of knowledge in this group, so i thought i'd run this one by you 😊 My wife, currently in the peri-menopause phase, has recently decided to go on to HRT for a few reasons. The main one is about bone density as her mother suffers very badly with osteoporosis, my wife has done quite a lot of research and all indicators suggest that HRT will help with that. As a family we do a lot to look after ourselves, exercise (yoga, strength training with weights and body weight, walking), we don't eat meat but have a very well balanced diet otherwise, fasting, breath-work (think Wim Hoff). My wife just turned fifty ... seriously she looks forty ❤️ , she hasn't been to the Dr's for over a decade. I can't help the nagging feeling i have about her taking pharmaceutical products, even though all her research suggest the HRT will only help her 🤷‍♂️ I'd welcome any views or links to different perspectives, thanks 🙏

@J P yes you are all amazing! I've had to slow right down due to major stress build up over period of years. Post menopausal so hormones out of whack probably, plus tonnes of grief cptsd related stuff. Usually diet conscious exercise meditation etc - all haphazard at the mo. Could maybe do with a chat @Ali Bee when /if you've time. I've been quiet too lately and may have to miss tonight's session again unfortunately. Best wishes all 💞🙏

Digital ID? WTF Do We Do
- Petitions = data collection. They ignore them. - MPs = whipped into obedience. Party loyalty > people. - Begging the system = playing their game, on their terms. So, if you’re serious about resisting, it can’t be about begging the same machine that’s building the cage. The real levers are elsewhere. Here’s a strategy framework your members could use: 1. Starve the Beast Every system runs on compliance. If enough people refuse, delay, or slow-walk adoption, the rollout collapses. - Don’t download the app. - Don’t volunteer info beyond what’s legally required. - Use existing IDs (NI, passport, licence) wherever possible. - Opt for paper/physical alternatives if they exist (forcing the state to maintain “legacy routes” costs them money). They only win if the majority roll over and adopt it without friction. 2. Parallel Systems = Real Power When people can’t rely solely on the state, they build alternatives: - Private trade networks (cash, barter, crypto, local exchange). - Mutual aid communities (housing, food, work). - Independent ID systems (trust-based groups, private trusts, lawful paperwork). - Alternative media (stop swallowing BBC/Sky narratives, build/share independent channels). A digital ID is powerless if you don’t need it for the life you’ve built. 3. Legal & Equity Pressure - Judicial review challenges (arguing disproportionate intrusion vs GDPR, Human Rights Act). - Equity trusts & private law routes (separating equitable rights from statutory “personhood”). - Data protection challenges (ICO complaints, SARs, GDPR breaches).Even if you don’t “win,” you slow them down and force transparency. 4. Mass Non-Compliance They cannot enforce this on 60+ million people if enough say “No.” - Remember Blair’s ID cards? Shelved because people resisted. - Remember Poll Tax? Collapsed when millions refused. The trick is numbers. If you and 10 friends resist, you’re a nuisance. If you and 10 million resist, the policy is dead.

@Steve Ainscough i checked the petition the other day (it was over 2.7million signatures -just for info), and followed the highlighted links for more info. Pretty sure i read somewhere that they're not forcing it on people - at least not at first when/if they do roll it out. They realise not everyone has smartphones (yet! as far as they're concerned anyway ). But i hear what you say, and we really do need to find a way to tackle this re benefits etc. I claim PIP at the mo due to m/h and want to get off benefits asap, don't want to be state--dependent at all if i can help it. Complete sovereignty's the way to go as far as i can see, at least aim towards it. I 'get' what you mean re tech as well, i find it very challenging myself. Looking to team up with folks on here who feel the same so we can support each other if you're interested? Looks like pete's trying to get a mate of his to help out early next year as well 👍

Ps: it said somewhere on the petition info in relation to what discussions they've had up to now re the digi ID that they need to look at alternatives for folks who don't have or cant use smartphones. Let's see eh!
