Give it up for @Kyle Schmidt 👏 1 month into the program… 15lbs down!! Started at 336 and already down to 321. That didn’t happen by accident. He stayed consistent, navigated Easter weekend without falling off, allowed some flexibility, and kept showing up. This is what it looks like when you commit and follow through. Progress won’t always be this fast, but this first month is proof of what’s possible when you lock in. 🔥

Day 2 - Intentional Movement 🚶‍♂️
Good morning ☀️ Day 2 is here, and after taking my daughter to school, I’m planning to get in some intentional movement - going for a walk right now to get some morning sunlight and working out with a friend this evening at the gym 💪 It’s always good to find simple ways to move on purpose in day-to-day life - whether that’s walking to the grocery store, taking your pets for a walk, taking the stairs, parking a little farther away, or just making a little extra time to move 🚶‍♂️ What are you planning to do for your intentional movement today? 👇

Most people say they want to be more consistent… but when it actually comes down to showing up every day, that’s where it falls apart. So here’s the question: are you actually about it? 👊 This 10 day consistency challenge starts tomorrow, Tuesday April 7th. It’s simple on paper. Push ups, movement, reading. That’s it. But can you really show up and do it 10 days straight without missing? No excuses, no negotiating, no “I’ll make it up tomorrow.” 🔥 I’m doing it with you. I’ll be posting my progress every day inside the Movement Lab, and I want you doing the same. Shoutout to @Keith Lopez for this INSANE 5-month transformation. Keith started at 175lbs and is now at 165lbs. He is currently eating 2,800-3,000 calories per day to keep his weight up!
