Sanding flake before topcoat
Those of you who sand after scrape before the topcoat, what grit you usually go with ?

I have a drywall sander that I run on high that doesn't hurt it

@Alvis Ciritis I used a drywall sander on high it doesn't matter what is choroplast is it thin wall plastic

@Alvis Ciritis no I haven't I use polymer Nation products p30 is a thickened block filler comes out thick out of the bucket so thick that it's already trowelable then we add glass flour or cabosil in it to make it real heavy and dense then trowel and cut it out.

Uneven Floor
Guy here wants metallic on this waiting room floor. It’s hard to see but there’s quite a few uneven spots that are a bit elevated. How do I deal with this?

@Jeremy Redig he's gonna have to cut the doors they look awful close to the floor

You also should check as many of them tiles as you can because that much lippage could be a lot of hollow tiles

Never did much concrete work and just figuring it out as we go, really hope it's gonna last ...🤷🏻♂️ but we'll see. How long would you let the concrete sit after the pour before you are ready to coat it?

Did you pinn the new stuff to the old stuff and use concrete bonding primer it looks good other than the crack where the 2 meet
