when I was working in sales, I learned that hard work and taking action will always outperform those who have all the sales skills in the world, but don't put their knowledge into practice. Sometimes new sales agents would come in with zero experience and outperform tenured salespeople because even though they were still fumbling the script or unsure of certain things, they still picked up the phone and dialed until they found success. In order to make this dream of becoming a highly successful business owner, you have to become OBSESSED with the journey!
Spanish Truckers
Hey guys, I'm focusing on dispatching for Spanish-only speaking truckers. Have any of you noticed if there is a specific trailer type that is popular amongst this demographic? Is it best to focus on just one trailer type and only take in that clientele?

@Waleed Shafiq from past experience, I know box trucks do a lot of partials/LTL loads. Would this load type make dispatching and keeping track of loads much harder and do suggest just focusing on box trucks or avoiding them?

Question
When dealing with Factoring Info
. What do I send to my carriers factoring company? And does it have to be after the Load is delivered with a Signed BOL? Thank you guys for your help

@Qasim Ali this might be off topic, but as a dispatcher do you have to get factoring for the carriers that you work with and they all use the same one, or do your carriers choose their own factoring and you just send out the info to the factoring company depending on the carrier and which factoring company they use? sorry if the question is a bit complicated, let me know if you need further clarification!

@Ashley Espinoza hey, thanks for this link. as someone just starting out that wants to provide their carriers with the best loads, do you suggest having multiple load board subscriptions at once and which ones do you recommend?

@Luis Menera hey man, I sold load boards and other software to carriers for a couple years. I did cold calling everyday and its going to be very rough at first, but it WILL pay off after refining your sales pitch and being consistent with the amount of dial volume you put out per day.
