I have been noticing more sensation and awareness of what my breath and my body feels in each moment. Especially before starting a breath work session where I am utilizing technique. And, when I do utilize technique I started adjusting according to how my body feels and the signals I'm getting, the feedback of what my system wants or needs.
The Breath Awareness Challenge 🌬️
This week we’re doing a simple 5-day breath awareness challenge. Each day take just a few moments to notice your breath in a different situation and drop a comment below sharing what you noticed.
