Thanks for brining up this topic @Jonathan Del Gatto Our discussion really got me thinking about this point, and i went back and drilled down even more on what is that one inch of expertise where my skills truly lie, and how am I telling that story to potential customers. Ive changed my positioning statement so many times since our first conversation, looking forward to sharing it sooner or later haha. Thanks again

Define a clear service workflow (inquiry → consult → proposal). 2. Use a no-code tool to automate follow-ups and scheduling. 3.
