Is Hermes really Worth it ?
I installed Hermes recently and I’m still trying to understand where it really stands compared to tools like Claude Code and other AI agents. For people actively using Hermes: what are your real use cases? What makes it powerful for you on a daily basis? I feel like I might be missing the bigger picture behind it.
7 Day - Intro 👋🏽
Hey everyone! I’m MarKesha. Gen X builder, been at this for a few months now. I have shipped actual tools and apps using AI, no code, and a lot of late nights. Still working on landing that first paying client outside of family so I am here to tighten up the foundation and build with some intention. Looking forward to seeing what everyone is working on! 🚀🔥

That’s already further than most people who stay stuck in “learning mode” forever. Shipping real tools and apps is what actually builds skill. Honestly, once you land that first real client outside of family, everything starts to click. Keep going, you’re clearly building the right way already

You should start learning tools such as Claude Code, Antigravity, etc...
Is N8N needed anymore?
Hi community, I've been reflecting on the current state of post-production workflows. With modern codecs becoming increasingly sophisticated and capable of handling complex tasks natively, I'm questioning the ROI on mastering n8n. For those working in the field today: Is deep expertise in n8n still a critical asset, or are we reaching a point where advanced codec capabilities make it redundant? I’d appreciate your insights on whether it's worth continuing to invest time into learning it right now.

Honestly, I think n8n is still great for ultra predictable workflows where every step needs to be deterministic and reliable. But AI agents are changing the game. Tools like Claude Code, Codex, Hermes agents, etc. are way more flexible and adaptive. They can reason, improvise, handle messy inputs, and make decisions dynamically instead of just following fixed logic trees. So I don’t think n8n disappears, but I do think the value is shifting. Pure drag-and-drop automation alone probably won’t be as valuable as knowing how to orchestrate AI agents and combine both worlds together.
Obsidian + Claude Code- Turning your chats into knowledge base
Hey Everyone, Some insights into the post to help you read and implement it: 1- Post Read time: 5 minutes 2- Setup time: 10-15 Minutes 3- Setup Difficulty: Beginner to Mid-Level 4- You can use the Skill file shared to set it up 5- PDF of the Details attached for someone who wants to know how it really works I have created a Skill in Claude Code. You can simply download and run this Skill in your Claude Code, and it will automatically help you step by step to set up the entire process where your Chats are automatically logged into a folder and turned into a Wiki for you to access, ask questions, gain deeper insights into your projects and look at gaps. I have also attached a PDF guide covering a step-by-step process to turning your AI chat sessions into a permanent, searchable knowledge base. Here are the Advantages of using this system: By default, every Claude Code conversation disappears when you close it. This setup solves that. Every chat session is automatically saved as a structured note in Obsidian - A searchable archive of every solution, decision, and insight from your AI conversations - Session logs that Claude can reference in future chats to pick up exactly where you left off - A growing personal knowledge base that compounds over time — the more you use it, the smarter it gets - One central vault that captures logs from every project you work on, not just one - Live two-way connection between Claude Code and Obsidian via MCP — Claude can read and write your vault directly - The ability to ask Claude questions about your own notes: *"What did I work on last week?"* or *"How did I fix that database error?"* - An LLM-managed wiki that extracts concepts and insights from your session logs and builds structured, cross-referenced knowledge pages automatically Happy to answer any questions you might have. Happy Clauding!
