I just finished the code assessment, there were no leetcode problems. There were 2 questions, create an accordion and create a form submission. I was able to finish both but I don't know if the tests were successful.

I passed the code assessment! Now I have to schedule a call with a recruiter.
Suggestions for Thank You / Follow Up Emails
Any suggestions for follow up emails after an interview? I just had a hiring manager screen today for an engineering manager role and I'd like to send a follow up email highlighting parts of the conversation and how my experience can help address pain points brought up in the interview. Any suggestions?

I did, modified and sent. I hope I get moved to the next phase, the interview seemed to go well but my instincts have been wrong before. This was a cold apply also.
A mistake I've been making in my interview process
I'm writing this so that others don't make the mistake I made and to hold myself accountable. Since I'm a software engineer, I often get asked about certain process that were implemented where I've worked in the past. I've often found myself floundering because in the moment nerves would kick in and I would forget crucial information such as the following: - Process, from product grooming and development processes - Tools that were used, this refers to any tech related tools or tooling. - Not being aware of industry jargon (I'm bad at jargon and I think this cost me in an interview I had) Steps I'm doing to fix it - Literally write out word for word everything in the tech stack I worked on. - Write out exactly how project roadmapping and grooming works - Write down the name of each tool and what it was used for (for example SNYK for npm package security, Optimizely for A/B testing, Opsgenie for monitoring, etc) - Write down how system design and architecture was done This is a work in progress. I'm also writing out common questions and answers (IE tell me about a project failure you had)

I'm working on that currently for 3 of my roles, I'll probably have around 10 or so once it's done.
LinkedIn
So what does everyone think of LinkedIn? I have a free one year premium subscription I received from the VA. Basically, I think it is garbage. AI is running rampant all over the site like a pack of rabid dogs. It’s full of “influencer” and “creator” accounts that I couldn’t care less about. I need a job. I don’t need advice from some CEO who makes $$ 300 times in a day what his/her/their employees receive in salary for a year. I don’t need shills selling me “job hunting coaching” services. It’s really a dark void of nothingness that I scream into but nobody hears me. StinkedIn. Yep.

I've found that I get slightly better hits on job applications on builtin and indeed.
Q&A Session
Is the Q&A session still happening? It looks like it got pushed out a week.
