Caleb has to drive all the way to the bank to wire money because his banker won't let him send million dollar wires... shameful. Side note: I don't remember having those problems when I was 22...

I haven’t had to wire than much, but i’ve been able to wire more than the limit from home with a usb security key

What’s a fair return for PML?
What’s a fair return for PML that covers the down payment for a multifamily? Are you all doing a % of cashflow, x% CoC, x% irr? What’s fair and reasonable these days for pml that covers the down payment of 20-25%?
