First unit turn complete!
Some before and after pics. Simple upgrades to bump rent $300. My first ever unit turn and first time using a GC. A lot of knowledge and confidence gained. Next 3 will be easy peasy!

Deal update
Well things are looking good, looks like I have the capital raised on the deal I presented last night. Now waiting on the broker to get this thing under contract and start due diligence! I believe im maybe a week into multifamily strategy and getting a little nervous how easy this seams to be!

Under contract for a 25 unit RV park!
This is a MASSIVE step forward for me. Prior to this, my largest building is a humble little quadplex. This is my first-ever creative financing structure. First time doing *anything* with RVsβ€”1 month ago I knew absolutely nothing about them. Becomes the largest property I own. Triples the size of my portfolio. And I have to sprint to perform the value add and refinance out of expensive debt. I might be a little crazy πŸ˜… Wouldn’t have EVER reached this point if I had not joined the Mentorship! Thank you mentorship community πŸ™‚

Looking to level up my real estate game!
I started in real estate - accidentally πŸ˜† - in 2015, by buying the retail commercial store I was renting, because the older owners didn't want to deal with it anymore! :) They brought up creative financing because I didn't have any money or credit! So I fumbled through a title company for the first time and bought it no money down! I ran my Buy-Sell-Trade store (similar to a pawn shop) buying the most random stuff daily to resell with the cash I had in the register each day. I ran my business in my commercial building for 6 years, then went full time into real estate investing - also the property had a run down mobile home I lived in as well in the back - I renovated. Over the years I've bought all my deals with creative financing - I made lots of mistakes (Had a major fire in my commercial building, also had very rough tenants in a couple of my houses and mobile homes, I was equity "rich" but negative cashflow for a bit with non paying tenants which = pain for 3 years lol) and I am looking to learn how to open up personally and stop doing everything solo. I am also looking to build a network as well as to expand my real estate skills in this awesome group Christian created! I have a lot to learn and don't know that much, but I want to grow and push the limits of what's possible in this life!
