Question for the group - I have my own ideas, but I was looking for an example of this and I found a reallly good one. Tell me why the video on the right got so many more views than the video on the left. Same creator, same time, same relative subject. So why did one massively outperform the other?

Do you guys have A/B testing for thumbnails and titles? I was publishing a video today, and I thought I'd ask because I don't know if it's just because some of my channels have a higher volume

Simplicity I'll say it til I'm blue in the face. Idea trumps packaging. Packaging trumps video. And... you still need a good video, but the other stuff is more important. If you're dedicating time and you're short on it, spend more of it ideating than you do on making your next video and you'll be blown away by the results.
