Before you buy
I've attached a PDF outlining some popular tools courses that you've probably considered at one time or another - VidIQ, Spotter Studio, ViewStats, 1of10 - and an AI tool suite talking about Midjourney, Sora, Google Gemini (I think I said Pixel in the PDF), ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Suno, and a few others I hope this is super valuable to ya'll

Before you buy an expensive course/tool
So I wanted to start this thread for people who have bought and tried an expensive course and whether it was/wasn't worth it. NOTE: This isn't a self-promotion thread. This is one for those that have purchased a product and can give an honest review. - - -also if there's a course you're REALLY curious about, feel free to post it here, and if it's within reason I'll test it out (Not buying anyone's 2,000$ course) Subscriptions I've tried VidIQ - Is it worth it? Not really. The course material you get access to for premium doesn't have enough bang for buck, and there's better stuff on YouTube for free. Their analytics tools are nice, but most everyone under 1,000 subscribes would be better off just making better titles, thumbnails and videos. If you have a company and you're trying to rank in search, I think it's probably worth it. Their free tool is just fine for <1000 subs/to get monetized ViewStats: - Is it worth it? Not yet. This is Mr. Beast's personally owned and made YT statistics site. It's main function is to compare outliers, and it just fails to some of the other tools on this list. If Mr. Beast fulfills his promise of adding features it might one day be worth it, but it's just not enough to be worth it right now. 1of10 - Is it worth it? Yes* *It IS kind of expensive, but I made my money back and more within 2 months of using it. It's an outlier tool that's just better than view stats. It's got idea repositories etc, and when you link your channel it does a pretty good job at recommending similar channels. It saves time when looking for outliers. I think this one is $50.00/mo so it still might not be worth it to some but I think it's probably m favorite tool on this list. There's almost always a discount code as well, just go to their YouTube and you can probably get a free month or for a dollar or something to test it out. Search 1of10 on YouTube you'll find it Spotter Studio - Is it worth it? No. Tons of people were prepping it as an AI agent to help with thumbnails/videos and it just kind of falls flat for me. Maybe you'll have an easier time, but it's also expensive and basically is just chatGPT with some imaging built in. The ideas aren't any better, the suggestions aren't any better. Just use ChatGPT if your'e leaning this way

14 Million Views - 300k subscribers - 49x Outlier - Why?
Sometimes when I say unique angle I don't mean figuratively. This week's challenge: Try changing up the angle on your thumbnail. This helps it stand out from the crowd of flat forward facing thumbnails. Don't believe me? Well aside from the massive success of this video, do a quick browse for any popular YouTuber and see if they leverage a different angle for their videos. I posted this one, just because I know some will say "different angle doesn't work for my niche" It probably does. If you don't think it does, leave a comment and I'll try to help you come up with your "unique angle"

My Real Journey With Faceless YouTube
I got into faceless YouTube in 2023 because I wanted passive income without showing my face. Failed my first channel, failed the second, and the third got views but made no money. Eventually figured out what actually works, picking the right niche, understanding monetization, and knowing how to get recommended. Now Iโ€™m finally seeing the results I was chasing. If anyone here wants to start a faceless channel or youโ€™re stuck trying to grow, feel free to ask me stuff. I can share what helped me so you donโ€™t waste months guessing. No pitching, just helping.

Hey Henry, thanks for sharing - what niche was the 4th channel in, and can we look at the channel or channels you run for some inspiration?

@Henry Cooper That's awesome! - the thumbnails and pacing are all pretty good, looks like you got some flak from comments on the most recent for too obvious of an AI voice. Did you use a clone or did you just build one in 11labs? Either way the channel as a whole is killing it
Free Editing Hiring Guide
Hey I just made this PDF, the information comes from Mario Joos who's worked for Mr. Beast, and now has his own consulting firm. I trimmed it for most of the information that applies to everyone int his group. Outsourcing is a way to speed up production, but there are costs associated with it, so keep that in mind. - Places to find editors: Fiverr <- Meh - YT Jobs.Philippines <- Meh, but cheaper than Fiverr - Upwork <- Meh and more expensive than Fiverr - Discord <- Probably the best at getting what you want. Pricing is more negotiable.
