The RISE of AI 🤖
In this episode, I sat down with Diyari to dive deep into one of today’s biggest business questions: Where does AI belong in your business and should humans still lead the way? Hit the link below to find out what we think! 🔽 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmgRxy8V2I4

I wrote my first post on this thread without really listening to the post and I’ve started listening to the post and realised that this post isn’t about AI taken over the world and deleting the human existence I completely and wholeheartedly agree that human connection is more important than ever and I think this has been highlighted simply by Covid. Human connection is what makes us human AI can do the heavy lifting for the stuff that takes us away from human connection and being human now that’s the partial power of AI.
Hi
Please advice, I am getting quotes for Professional Indemnity between £312-£355. Is that reasonable?

From my perspective it greatly depends on what it is you’re looking to cover and for the period of cover. Can you provide some more clarity on this?

@Lorraine Podiephatshwa to give you an idea I don’t look at the price of the insurance. The terms are critical for me and what it covers together with my terms and conditions of my business. So as an idea I provide property consultancy services both commercial and domestic. We offer a lot in a great range depending on the commission. Sometimes I take out specific policies for a commission as the client has a better direct source of something were to go wrong. My annual policy ranges from £1,500 - £1,700 depending on the direction of my business and risk. If you’re coaching someone, what is your risk, exposure if something were to go wrong? Can you ensure they agree to your T&Cs before commitment of the service you’re providing. I’d approach it from a risk and then get the quotes to match that risk and use your T&Cs with the insurance providers to revise the fees you then pay for the policy. Hope this helps. It completely up to you what you do depending on your risk.

G’day to all - I’m here to learn as much as I can. From being a child in the back garden who decided to pick up some recycled bricks and attempt to build his own house which promptly collapsed taught me one lesson structural stability after school I moved into the traits spent a few years enjoying myself and then funded myself through high education and further education. Gaining chartership back in 2003. I worked for corporate entities since 2000 right up until four years ago. I started my own consultancy practice four years ago with the attention of moving into development as I’ve been in property consultancy for various corporate entities over the last 25 years and decided that it was time I gave it ago myself.

Hi everyone, just thought I’d introduce myself have been involved in the construction industry since I was 16 and that’s a really long time ago. Since then I’ve been in commercial property consultancy and four years ago I decided to make the leap and start my consultancy practice. Presently it’s going okay in between the challenges of being a single parent of three children and running a business. It keeps me busy with my pursuit of extreme sports keeps me wide awake. I’m here to learn lots more and see where I can take my development arm of my business. Great to see some of the posts and reading some. I’ve already noted quite a few things that I’ve never even come across in the last 30 years, which is fabulous.
