Sales skill this week
The skill I shall use this week is the habit of doing more than I am paid for. I will lead with service rather than sales and ask for referrals to bring more business my way based on the service rendered

šŸŽÆ Objection Handling Like a Pro: SHOW > TELL
Let’s talk about the biggest mistake reps make when handling objections: šŸ‘‰ They tell instead of show. If I walked up to you and told you: ā€œI had a trainer who helped me lose 50 lbs in 6 months,ā€ you might believe me... 25% of the way. But if I showed you: A pic of me 50 lbs heavier My trainer’s bio and results My daily calorie tracker and morning routine That belief jumps to 45%, maybe 75%... Because proof moves people more than words ever will. 🧠 Here's the Real Game of Sales: Get as close to 100% believability as possible… Then convert that belief into buy-in, right now — not next week, not someday, but TODAY. Because people don’t buy when they’re curious. They buy when they’re convinced. 🚫 "Telling" Is a Weak Strategy If all you're doing is telling people about your product… You're relying on 20% of what they might actually retain. But when you show them what life could look like… When you paint the vision and anchor it with proof… You're tapping into the 70% of what the human brain remembers through sight and context. Want them to see the transformation? Show them the receipts. šŸ’„ What You Can Use Today: šŸ“ø Your own results (screenshots, stats, visuals) šŸ¤ Your clients’ before/after stories 🧩 Your system and structure šŸ“ˆ Real metrics and process breakdowns šŸ’¬ Live testimonials and call clips This isn’t about manipulation. It’s about making the truth undeniable. šŸŽÆ Remember: People have bullsh*t detectors. They read tone. They sense hesitation. They spot a fake from a mile away. So be real. Be clear. And show the way. šŸ’¬ Drop a SHOW THE WAY in the comments if you’re done telling and ready to start selling like a pro.

🧭 Integrity: What Are You Doing When No One Is Watching?
It’s easy to do the wrong thing when no one’s looking. It’s even easier to justify it when you know there’s **money** on the line. But that’s exactly where integrity lives — In the moments where it would’ve been easy to cut a corner, say yes, or close someone you know deep down… shouldn’t be closed. Let’s be real: You’ll meet people who want what you’re offering. But you’ll also know — in your gut — they’re not ready. They’re not qualified. They don’t have the work ethic, the discipline, the emotional or technical ability to succeed in your program. And yet… You’ll feel the urge to take the sale anyway. You’ll tell yourself: "I'm helping them." "They asked for it." "It's their responsibility now." But here’s the truth: > If you push someone into deceiving themselves — you’re not helping them. > You're just benefiting from their desperation. And if that’s the game you're playing... It will always come back around. šŸ’„ The Real Cost of a Lack of Integrity: - Refund requests - Chargebacks - Bad reviews - Team mistrust - Leaders quitting - Clients whispering - A reputation that quietly erodes You might not see the damage today — But trust me, you *will* feel it later. 🧠 Integrity in Sales Means: - Saying *no* when it’s the right call - Being real about someone’s readiness - Protecting people from their own impulses - Choosing long-term truth over short-term commission That’s not judgment. That’s leadership. --- So I ask you: āš–ļø What are you doing when no one’s watching? Are you building a foundation on truth… or on tactics? Are you selling for alignment… or for approval? Because every time you choose integrity, you make success inevitable. And every time you sacrifice it, you make failure unavoidable.

Integrity is noticed by everyone! Keep a good reputation for yourself, for your business. It will build your foundation. It will bring you referrals and positive feedback to keep you going. The train never stops! Love thisšŸ”„
My Entrepreneurship Journey:
Hi! Im Destiny if we haven't met yet, and I live in Alaska. Since I as 21 I've been self employed, and ran online or offline businesses. I've tried it all, learned a lot of hard lessons in sales, and I owe that to Real Estate. I was a Realtor for 2.5 years, and spent lots of time doing one thing - lead generating & prospecting. EXHAUSTING!! When you're a new agent trying to break into the market only a couple years after Covid in a rural area - it was not easy. I door knocked, I hustled, I was going door to door in negative temps (even with an allergy to the cold, yes!) And I did everything I could no matter the weather to get business going. I did fairly well for a new agent with the average middle class priced retail homes, and I set out a delusional goal to get a million dollar listing. I thought, what makes those agents so different from me? Nothing! So I did the not so fun things to make it happen, including cold DMing FSBO folks on facebook market... yep, I was "that" agent! I had to be I had no choice if I wanted to reach my goal! Staying consistent and persistent, I was able to convert a FSBO that wanted nothing to do with agents, to not being able to resist my services as his listing agent. My FIRST listing as a solo agent was $1.2M! Crushed it. Through out my short lived 2.5 yrs in real estate (it felt like 20yrs) I learned: 1. I am really good at talking with strangers that wanted nothing to do with my offers. 2. Consistency & Persistency leads to rewards. 3. Show up as the professional you want to be and you'll attract what you want more of. A lot of the education in high ticket remote sales is very very similar to what agents learn in real estate. 99% of the topics are the exact same, frameworks are similar, objectives, conversion rates in the industry, etc., so most of the trainings I am familiar with, and its a good refresher and reminder that I'm in the right place. I do believe in expansion and that you can learn anything from anyone no matter the level of experience. I am always looking for continuing lessons and education everywhere that can expand my capacity, due to being in Alaska unless I travel it's all online for me.

🌟 How 5-Star Experiences Create 5-Figure Deals
"People may not remember your face, your voice, or who you are. BUT they will remember - How you made them feel." - Maya Angelou You want more closes? You want bigger commissions? You want better client loyalty? Give people a 5-star experience. There’s luxury in being prioritized. And it's a feeling every human craves. Think about it: Sitting in coach when you dreamed of first class. Taking the bus to work when you wanted a car. Being treated "less than" when you knew you deserved more. You felt it. You remembered it. You hated it. Humans don’t just want solutions — they want to feel important while getting them. If you simulate the same neglect, impatience, or indifference your client feels every day — You lose the sale before you even ask for it. šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø Run Away From Average Don’t "kinda" prioritize your prospects. Don’t "sort of" treat them with respect. Don’t "hope" they feel special. RUN in the opposite direction of average. Run to excellence. Run to personalization. Run to true care. When your client feels like they’re flying first class with you — āœ… They trust faster. āœ… They buy easier. āœ… They stay longer. It’s not just service. It’s strategy. It’s psychology. It’s leadership. šŸŽÆ Real Closer Energy = Prioritize, Personalize, Deliver Today’s takeaway: āœ… Make every client feel like the only client. āœ… Listen deeper than they expect. āœ… Anticipate their needs before they ask. 5-star experience = 5-figure months. And it’s the closers who understand this that stay winning — while others wonder why people "ghosted" them. šŸ’¬ Drop a 5-STAR SERVICE in the comments if you're committed to making every interaction unforgettable.
