Alcohol
Does anyone here have any tips/successful programs/personal experiences on how to give up alcohol? I have 2-4 drinks every evening to relieve anxiety and I want to quit. I believe it's holding me back in many ways. Any help is greatly appreciated.
The Most Interesting Man In The World
Believe it or not, I think this may be why I'm here... https://youtu.be/guMrgRKKENI?si=u2jHVYMrgv3pMUYG A few months ago, I was toying with the idea of creating a YouTube/TikTok/Instagram channel inspired by this. It was to have been a comedy-focused thing, but I was hoping to break through some of the attitudes of younger men to show them that it's okay to be an old-fashioned man who attracts women by being masculine. (And maybe to attract some women myself, but that wasn't the primary goal.) Facebook must have noticed what I was doing because it started serving me Michael Sartain ads and out of curiosity more than anything else, I bought the Off-Market Dating System. After watching it, I was blown away. This is the real thing... THE actual course on how to be (or at least be perceived as) The Most Interesting Man In The World.

Hey, I'm currently in Peabody, Massachusetts. Long term goal: Find quality relationships with high-quality women and build strong friendships with high-quality men. Short term goal: Wow the hell out of everyone I know with my Instagram so that they don't recognize me anymore. Mid-term goal: Use the Short term goal above to build an amazing social circle full of positive like-minded individuals who know how to live life and have fun. I'm middle-aged, a veteran of many a "pickup guru" course/bootcamp. I gave up on them years ago after realizing that success at almost anything comes through networking. I never believed that in my youth, but life has proven it to me. I wish this program had been around in the 2000s when I got into all that crap. But here we are and I am committed to living the best life I can live in appreciation of all the gifts I have been given while (hopefully) inspiring others to do the same.
Tip of the day
If you want to live your best life, stop taking a lot of things personal. Let stuff and people go, if need be. Focus on you, your mental health, physical and financial well being. Keep growing your network, understand who's supposed to be with you for a season and who's suppose to be there for a reason. Grow everyday as an individual, grow your brand, work on your goals, and direct all of your energy to what's going to elevate you. Onwards Gentlemen.

Excellent! I love this part... "Direct all of your energy to what's going to elevate you." This applies to moments of anxiety and overwhelm. When they hit, zoom in on your next task to elevate yourself.

I went out to Hollywood and Beverly Hills with 4 other guys from the MOA community. We took dozens of photos. Here's the photos attached I chose and edited. What do you think? I tried putting a filter on them to look more cohesive like Miguel's instagram. Let me know what you think!

I like 1, 3, and 4 but take that with a grain of salt because I'm just beginning to learn what to look for.
