Buzzing with excitement, Roadmap done - 💙GWAI Tool
Hey folks, I know I have been very quite in here, hiding in my basement, pulling my hair trying to find my niche, coaching program. Believe me I made it harder than it should have been. I must have been looking for that magic wand which did not exist. It took me almost two years 2 crack the code but I finally did it. I joined Fletcher Method in Nov 2021 when Frank Kern promoted a black Friday $297 deal with Aaron that is when I learned about Aaron. Since, then many products have been bought and finally landed with GWAI and also many iterations of my roadmap. I could definitely teach people how to build roadmaps at this stage😁 Been struggling to niche down and find my path as a coach, went in niches that I would love to do, have knowledge but no experience. So heavily struggled with imposter syndrome. With the AI tool installed in Growthworks, I played with 3 or 4 different niches but was not feeling comfortable. Eventually, AI definitely helped me get where I want to go now! I finally discovered my skills that match my program and can teach without feeling an imposter😎. GW Engine is really a blessing, I found out my niche last night, worked and tweaked and retweaked to my satisfaction and below is the outcome. I have spent around 8 hours because I am a perfectionist. Now time to get the course recorded and put myself out in the open. Have been hiding for too long and not making any money. Would love your feedback on what you think about my MDM and roadmap, is it clear and could I potentially charge $3K if I target the right audience. Thank you in advance and look forward to finally launch my program. Huge thanks to @Aaron Fletcher, @Josh Clifford and rest of his team for all the hard work in putting this together.

Which is better? Small fish in every ocean, bigger fish where your clients hang out?
Small fish are invisible, and get eaten. Big fish have safety in numbers. They still get eaten. But this community is a safe space to float thoughts and ideas, to ask for help and get feedback. You may not like the feedback, but it will not kill you. In most cases the feedback reflects other people’s views, i.e.how your ideal audience may perceive you. It will always create engagement. Remember, the “silent majority “ will have an opinion but never speak. Speaking up involves opening yourself to feedback. Otherwise you are destined to be a lone voice forever.. Be courageous and courteous, respect the views of others because we are all on the same journey. And never give up.

Do it paid or do it free, but never discount.
One of my long term mentors reminded me of a valuable point this morning. There are 2 types of client, relational, who feed you over time. And transactional who will do their best to bleed you dry. Let me explain. Relational clients buy from you repeatedly and refer clients to you. Transactional clients want the cheapest price, don’t do the work and then blame you for their lack of success. I know, I have taken work just to get the deal, often at prices so stupid, I made no money, resented the clients, served them not as well as I could. Angry with them because the price was so low. Yet I had agreed to the same price. So in reality I was angry with myself. Peter Thomson reminded me he never discounts. He makes enough money in the relationship to either get paid the right price, or to do it for nothing. It’s his choice, and he controls how he feels. And builds in more value because the client would willingly have paid more. So even doing something extra for nothing is an investment in the value of the client relationship. Which he can afford because his price was fair to both sides at the start of the relationship. If you start cheap, offer a free trial or a discount, clients expect you to continue to be cheap. Which is why Aaron says start with your high ticket product first.

I Hope Aaron Fletcher Doesn’t Get Mad at me :(
GUYS I DID IT ! I hope Aaron doesn’t get pissed at me. I don’t even know if i should share this! But I turn chat GBT and Google bard into my two personal Aaron Fletcher mentors and business coaches that are 1. Writing out all my MDM’s as if Aaron was writing them himself 2. Discovering multiple core currencies and secondary currencies for my target markets! 3.creating my 9 step road map as If I had Aaron standing over my shoulder to guide me at the keyboard. 4. Identifies the pains and frustrations of my target market for me .I spent 16 hours training them in the Fletcher Method and all the principles of Growthworks. Now look what I got them doing for me!. This is amazing. I have saved easily 40 hours of work because of this technology. The key to all this…..TRAIN YOUR AI!!!! QUALITY IMPUT————>QUALITY OUTPUT!!!!PERIOD!!!!!! It’s worth the time and effort to do so. I can now also use this to help my clients with their marketing the Fletcher method way with less work. As a growthworks enterprise owner it will be a lot easier to offer DFY services to clients using the growthworks system. That’s the best use for us as growthworks enterprise owners. PS Aaron …please don’t be mad at me and kick me out of SKOOL;)
