🔥Down 27 pounds!!!! I had major neck and back damage that caused me to gain a tin of weight. I ended up at 278 pounds. I had major neck surgery and after 2 years of feeling hopeless I took control and decided to do something about it. And I have lost 27 pounds since July 1st. And this is super motivating and a huge win..

Wife and I enjoyed some wine tasting in the Hill Country. Wearing some light breathable blue linen, Wrangler jeans and new boots. Nice relaxing day! Cheers.
