Should do more of those 🤣 Made my day, both live and rewatching now
Downshifting with Rev Match while constant front brake pressure
I live in Dhaka the Capital City of Bangladesh. Everyday I ride to office from home. Everytime when I get on my bike I focus on some skills development like swerving, counter steering, throttle control and rev matching with constant front brake pressure along with vision and barin train. Here is my two question: One is, I can't understand why do I need rev match while constant front brake pressure. And two is, while I blip the throttle my front brake pressure is not remain even.
Being careful with releasing the clutch so it doesn't just bang the limiter or something like that is often more than enough. Most semi-recent bikes constant mesh transmissions with straight cut engagement rings so the transmission doesn't care too much as long as you're not shifting up/down under power (Quickshifters resolve this by cutting power to the engine during the shift) Butt rev-matching sounds and feels really awesome but isn't the most important thing, as long as you don't dump the clutch.
@Suja Khan yes it smooth the transition but if you instead of pulling the clutch all the way but enough to unload the gears its still engaged and smoothly releading it will do just about as good. Just don't jump multiple gears at once or downshift at extreme high rpm
Favorite Roads or Routes
Anyone got a favorite road or route to ride? Mine is the Port Renfrew Loop. 250 km from my door and back again. Can't wait to take Elad on it, and anyone else who's interested? https://youtu.be/YP8zNOpu9R4?si=yXdHtuJv7UkJDf_O
@Robert Moeser What do you use for filming the video?
I really liked having timestamp and speed and all that in the video. Very nice. Have been considering getting a camera to use, but I refuse to get a Insta360 camera, a as they're just a shitty company, in my opinion. So looking for good alternatives.
I want to improve my cornering skills
I always have feeling that my bike will slip off in corner like,I don't trust the tires but they are basically new 2000 miles on them, maybe it's just feeling nothing else, I'm that guy that have chicken strips 😁

@Michaell Mendek The great thing about the track is also, lots of markings to use as way points with the cubs and everything. But I hope it helps and hoping to hear a success story! 😁🏍️ Oh one important note about the turn in point... Keeping it in peripheral vision and not turn your head to look at it. If you look down, or to the side... You are not looking at where you want to go. As @Daniel Tolomei often mentions in his videos your bike goes where you're looking, so look ahead where you want to go!

@Collin Clark damn you're right... I always forget about counter steering... Like I do it more or less naturally when riding but consciously doing it with purpose, I almost always forget. When I do remember it makes a world of difference on how good a turn feels!
What Do You Want Next?
Just curious... My plan is to do all of these things, but I want to know what you want me to focus on first.

I would love hangouts... Cant ride now due to ice on the roads. And part of plan is to asses dangers ice is no good for bikes so navigate away from the bike to stay safe... Even tho it hurts to not ride....
