Don't be ungrateful for the blessings that you have in your life. Appreciate the simplicity of being alive, having the ability to see, hear, speak, feel, and so much more. Always remember, appreciate what you have, before it becomes what you had. Be grateful!
Beautiful reminder Kunda. The simple blessings are usually the ones we overlook first. Until they’re gone, then suddenly we realize they were never small. Gratitude keeps us awake to what’s already here. And honestly, that changes how we move through the whole day.
@Marta Nagyova exactly the body usually sends the bill for what the mind keeps avoiding And yes... emotions can sit in the car, they just dont get to grab the steering wheel and start driving us into a ditch.
