??? How do I lower the amount of Cash Buyers...
Dear BatchLeads Community, I'm finding probate deals in Florida and I need some advice and direction for Cash Buyers... I've played with the filters and there are still 1000s too many on my list. I need to boil it down to maybe under 1k on a list not 45k. Can anyone help?

Heres a quick way to trim that list using BatchLeads. Choose the city or county youre in, Include Company Owned AND Individual, Last Purchase Date Set to last 6–12 months, you choose the number of properties owned. For properties owned I usually will go with 20+. If youre list is still too big start tightening everything up from there. Worst case, message me. Im active in SWFL and Soflo and may be able to help with dispo. Im also licensed.

When is a deal dead?
I spoke to an investor looking to sell his rental property for $250k, which is at market value. The tenant, who has lived there for 9 years, is moving to buy a house. The investor has owned the property for 18 years and has no loan on it. I plan to call him back tomorrow to discuss options. Given his asking price, I’m considering either listing the property or discussing seller financing. What do you do when a seller wants too much for their property, especially if they’re also in the REI business?

thats a pretty common problem not only with investors but with homeowners who have an emotional attachment. You have to be crystal clear, "do you want to sell your house or let it sit on the market?" OR "lets be realistic about the price that will get the home sold."

in this video @Chris Logan demonstrated that he only keeps 3 campaigns. which for organizational purposes is great. Is there a way to ONLY call a portion of a campaign? As an example, newly added leads? I need to hit my new leads immediately... and im not sure if adding my new leads to an existing campaign is a good idea...
