You donât need more leads. You need better conversations. Most people are talking to sellers⌠Without knowing what their buyers actually want. Thatâs backwards. When you understand buyer demand first, your conversations get sharper, your offers get cleaner, and deals actually stick.
Take your last lead. Before making an offer, call 3â5 investors and say: âHey, quick questionâif I had a deal like this around [price range], would you be interested?â That one question will teach you more than 100 YouTube videos. No pressure. No contract. Just data. Have you ever tested buyers BEFORE offering? Yes or no?
