Your fav quad exercises?
I recently tried bulgarian split squats after a while and damn the pump was insane. I also really like leg extension superset with sissy squats What are yours?

I heard some people do sissy squats on a Smith machine.. I'm good with normal sissy squats for now but what you think about this?

@Orfeas Onasis yeah sometimes.. because I'm doing also some sort of active yoga / flexibility movements and it's part of it.. because it's also a backbend movement, to try and go slowly down and as far possible with the hands. So it's on the quads but also good backbend helps of course ๐Ÿ˜ the goal is to go down slowly and reach the floor with the hands, walk towards the other end with the hands and end up in a bridge

I would say calories deficit of 200kcal and 4 times a week training weight in the gym would be fastest. Calisthenics is slow progress in my mind. It's building muscles slow but it's building every single muscle group and control

@Muhammad Safiullah I find a combination also good ๐Ÿ™Œ but don't push to hard, injury is the biggest throwback also try to do 10.000 steps a day.. not running, but go for a walk each day or in the gym on the treadmill
What's your timetable looking like?
I'm trying a new sleep schedule right now with siesta but I usually workout around 11am and I carb up a bit before with some fruit What's your timetable?

Where do you live that looks awesome ๐Ÿ˜ What are you doing that you can train at 11am? For me it's hard, I start working around 5:30am and mostly it's 10h shifts..so my only option is to directly train after coming home otherwise once I'm on the couch๐Ÿ˜‚ but it's hard, sometimes I didn't eat enough and I feel tired.. and then coming home and still need to cook seems impossible some times..๐Ÿฅฒ

@Orfeas Onasis yes but look, I need to already get up around 4:30am to be at work at 5:30 ๐Ÿ˜‚ training before means I need to get up at least at 3am or earlie...this would be extremely hard..and also would mean to be able to get 8h sleep I would be in bed at 7pm.. latest.. so tried it for 1 week once but this killed me ๐Ÿ˜‚ I didn't sleep more than 3h a night
Do you have friends who also train?
I have a couple friends who workout and I meet some cool people in the gym almost everyday, it motivates me a ton to keep going as well Do you have any friends who workout?

@Orfeas Onasis well I think as a woman it's already hard to find in the calisthenics scene or lifting weight in general. I just started basically 1 year ago to put more focus on it, so I'm the only one in my friend group who trains consistent or at all..I stopped drinking alcohol since 2 years and all of it together kinda separates me now from my old friends. I'm in between I think๐Ÿ˜‚ I hope I will make some friends in the fitness scene at some point
What I Love And Hate About Calisthenics
Love: training skills is fun, looks cool, can get a better physique, the adrenalin after achieving ur goals is amazing Hate: one insane cheat day and ur next training is 100% guaranteed to be heavy, if ur body is super relaxed u will not be able to perform the skills, u skip training skills for 3 or more days and ur body will forget how to do the skills and feel heavy. tell me ur love and hate part about calisthenics down below.

@Orfeas Onasis how about training sissy squats and dragon pistol squats? Or kneeling and move the (straight) body back as far as possible and move back forward ๐Ÿ˜ this hits my thighs hard
