Out of nowhere by bot has started to respond with this how can I assist you with the files you’ve uploaded. Nowhere in my prompt does it say this. I have a specific initial response written in my prompt. I’m at loss here. Any ideas?

Hey @Russ Ward , I finally sold my first bot and created it using the Consolidata prompt builder, but I’m testing it, and the bot stops responding. I made another one using the old method with your first prompt builder and GPT 3.5, and it responds to everything. However, when it comes to scheduling the appointment, it says the selected time slot isn’t available. No matter how many different times and calendars I try, it keeps saying the same thing. It’s a Facebook bot because the client doesn’t have A2P yet.
