If you had a trial account directly with go highlevel, then if you arent paying it would have deactivated. You would need to check with gohighlevel support directly for this. If you have an account via Russ with automations+, then he would be able to check your account for you. If you just need 1 account only, you can just get one from Russ.
Could someone explain to me what it would cost to have voice ai and text ai in all my subaccts? Is it $97 per subacct? Or is it a flat fee plus usage for all subaccts? Say $397 plus usage? I’m confused on this as it seems they have changed it several times. I am wanting to possibly switch, but I need more info..
So this is how I understand it In gohighlevel you can use 2 different options depending on sub account. So option 1: Pay per use. (no monthly fee, but you pay per message, generation etc) Option 2: $97 per sub account, and you can use as much per subaccount usage wise as you want.
Good day, On Consolidata it now longer shows if the ghl is synched or not? Unless the menu changed and I Dont know where to look. Where do I check it? The bot no longer responds and I made sure we have openai credit.

I am glad I watched this video, because I quickly went to check if our bots sources is disconnected, and it was, so this was a reminder to quickly refresh the sources. I lost 3 leads because of this today already :/
Hi there, so Open AI obviously charges usage depending on how many messages it sends, how do you guys manage billing your client for Open AI? Especially lets say its a customer who has a lot of traffic to their site?
