I added a Switch node to detect message type, audio goes through transcription before it’s processed by the AI Agent, ensuring nothing gets missed or misunderstood. After setup, my client’s Telegram became an automated scheduling assistant, one that replies instantly, books meetings, and stays organized 24/7. This kind of system is a time-saver for consultants, agencies, coaches, real estate professionals, and salons, anyone who handles daily client bookings.
