Hello everyone!! I am new to this community and am hoping to learn and share thoughts on anything.

I wanted to ask the larger community about their experiences with identifying the shadow and/or overcoming addiction. Anyhow, thank-you Ray for your series on the shadow self.

I'm happy to have found Ray and all of you. 🙋‍♂️ Joining a tribe virtually isn’t new to me, but I've never really had the spontaneity or the impulse to share much about myself. Sharing experiences and knowledge, growing together, helping one another… after a few days surfing, I can clearly see that there are people like me here, people searching for peace, freedom and truth, so...
