Has anyone looked into the Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) company and their certifications? I’ve been told they are good but have no experience with them. Cheers

@Jeremy Amin I took RTS courses 20+ years ago back in the day. Their entry level courses and my college biomechanics class consisted of watching the RTS video tapes. I highly recommend as it's all about learning how to think for yourself with a deeper understanding of the physics behind strength training and being able to understand risk vs benefit for individual clients needs.

Joel from Cleveland. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2002, have worked in rehab settings, country clubs, owned a CrossFit gym and trained clients out of my garage gym. My main focus is offering Muscle Activation Techniques, MAT, sessions to impact muscle system health and boost recovery and enhance tolerance to exercise and sport. I’m looking at adding HIT training to my offerings, possibly out of my garage gym. I have 5 kids under 14 so my spare team is busy coaching or watching youth sports of all kinds.

I help people who are struggling to enjoy meaningful exercise and sport by impacting unresolved areas of chronic discomfort and tightness with MAT.
