I have a client who uses one Xero account for two different businesses (bathrooms and insurance work). Is there a way to use custom fields to automatically identify which business a customer belongs to? For example, when an invoice is sent or marked as paid, can CRM Connector pull a keyword (such as the business name or job type) and use it to route that customer into the correct GoHighLevel sub-account? I’d like bathroom customers to be pushed into the bathroom sub-account, and insurance customers into the insurance sub-account, for both past and future customers. Is this possible with custom field mapping or invoice-based triggers?
