Gauging interest
Hey Loco's, for those that haven't met me yet, I'm Nick Sommers. I'm a college swimmer and have been a triathlete for 4 years now (apart of the team for 2yrs), completing 4 fulls and 7 halfs. I know swimming can be extremely hard for folks and want to help out the team. Therefore, I want to offer swim "lessons" or guidance, especially for technique. I've been teaching adults for some time now and also work with children. Ideally, during my college season we would meet on Sundays to work together. LMK if this is something we'd want

This is great of you to offer help Nick! Swimming is my best element, but I am always interested in knowing what works for others. Recently I have seen guidance suggesting to downplay the kick while swimming a distance event. Does this seem like valid advice from your experience?

Unfortunately, I haven’t really had enough experience with groups for a valid opinion.
