I have a first client requirement is to build a custom software or management system for them I have got e sign document which has two things: 1)Non disclosure agreement 2) Scope ,Budget ,and timeline, payment plan, mutually agreed upon. Recently just bought Salesforce CRM, and I have to schedule a requirement gathering call with the client's time. As soon as it's done, I send a contract to sign Using Fathom AI and Notion Ai for better note taking. What else do I need or should have to onboard? Should I include payment upfront parallel to signing contract? Need guidance on smooth onboarding first client on paper!

I’m reading a book called The War of Art and I’m reminded that the real enemy to our progress isn’t lack of talent… it’s resistance. Resistance shows up as hesitation. As overthinking.
