Im 36 and have started experiencing a lot of these symptoms but everyone keeps telling me it has to be something else because im to young to start any of this so now i feel like im going crazy and its very lonely.

New data released in the 2024 National Veteran Suicide Prevention Annual Report shows a 47.4% reduction in suicide rates among women aged 40-64 whom received hormone therapy versus women that did not receive hormone therapy. WOW! 👏 We say it all the time: Hormone replacement therapy isn't just about hot flashes and mood swings. HRT truly is life saving medicine! 🙏
