Day 1 of Drew’s Digital Hiatus
I wanted to continue to enjoy Drew’s daily sessions while he takes a well-deserved digital break. @John Sev thank you so very much for your kindness and support. It is a great day for being a great day. It is my 73rdbirthday today. Celebrating with our new puppy. I will post some pictures of Bonnie. She is an Austrian Shepard. She is our third one. The other two have passed on. They make exception pets and love living on a farm.although I haven’t been commenting very much since her arrival. I have been definitely getting my movement sessions in with her energy level. Stop Being Perfect
Today we continue exploring what it means to move naturally and live naturally. There’s nothing more exhausting than trying to be perfect, and perfection isn’t something any of us can actually achieve. Nature is beautiful because of its imperfections, and so are we. Let go of the need to be perfect. Move simply, breathe deeply, and embrace your own beautifully imperfect self

Extremely hot here in QC Canada, over 40 degrees with the humidity. We had a little much needed rain last night and hopefully some cooler less humid weather today. Enjoyed today’s session but wasn’t able to stretch out as much as I usually do as my side under the ribs still tender. Possibly pulled a muscle. As I always say aging ain’t for sissies.
