My copy of The Linchpin came in today and I’m SOOO thankful for your team’s thoughtful packaging, @Russell Brunson . It’s been storming here in South Florida #hurricaneseason and, sitting on my front porch, the box was SOAKED. When I opened the soggy cardboard mess, I was happy to see the book covered in plastic. ❤️ Dry as a bone! I can’t wait to dive in!

@Amelia Brown I love this check-in. For me, the biggest thing I see slowing people down is the lack of a sales system that drives consistent conversions. You can have a killer product and shiny store, but if your funnel doesn’t move buyers from curiosity to cash, you’re just spinning wheels. The moment you lock in a sales process that works on repeat, everything changes. Ads stop feeling like a gamble, traffic becomes leverage, and scaling stops being guesswork. I’d say the number one focus for every ecom hustler should be building that conversion machine. Once you’ve got it humming, the rest of the pieces fall into place way faster.

When you know how to move people at scale, you stop chasing and start attracting waves of demand. Sales at this level is all about influence. It’s about creating a message so magnetic that hundreds or thousands lean in at the same time, ready to buy. That’s where momentum explodes and offers become movements. Loved this reminder, because anyone serious about growth has to stop thinking in ones and start thinking in hundreds. Scale isn’t optional, it’s the gateway to freedom.
