So you don't want me to bare my soul yet? Got it. Lol. 1. 75 Hard (but also other like challenges and cleanses) lolllll I get the premise, build good habits, but it also makes people go so hard where it's unsustainable in the long run, that when they're done, they completely fall off the wagon and back to old habits because all that was so hard to sustain as a lifestyle (obviously not all people) 2. I don't really have "bad foods," I've come a long way so I know that if I will be eating something very calorically dense, I eat lighter the rest of the day and mindful about it. But for me, I love pizza and nachos. 3. 80s/90s Freestyle 😂
