@Isaac Passmore Ah... I was about to say. For outdoor we've always used Schalge locks. They're awesome, pricey, but awesome. We come from the airbnb world and for a long time they were the only locks that would sync with apps that would automate code programing for all the guests. Now that we have an account with a bunch of them, it's just easier to keep adding to the same account and have it all in one place.

3 properties 1 year ~$221k
2 days left in 2025 and Dec is already my best month! My 4th property is at ~$14k + and started in Oct 2025. So Gross for the year is $235k. Net is around $75.

End of Year #'s
For the Padsplit properties it is looking like Dec may be on par with my March month, at least I hope. :) We should come in over $220k gross. The good news is my net is higher than I thought, currently @ $77k without Decembers income yet. For my independent property I just had my first profitable month @ $690. LOL Hey, I will take it, especially trying to fill vacancies during the holidays. 2 vacancies left in the solo house and also 2 for the Padsplits. Happy Investing!
