Great comments Mack. Today I had plans to start my workout at 10 am, then life happened and could not get back to start until about 1 pm, I was not as motivated as I was at 9 am, but I started my routine and as always once I got into it, I started gaining energy and completed my full workout. Felt great. I read something great that said something like "although sometimes I do not feel like working out before I start, I have never regretted it once I am finished, once finished I feel tired, maybe sore but always GREAT
