✨ A warm welcome to two new faces in the community ✨
I’d love to take a moment to welcome two new members who’ve recently joined us and to share a little about why meeting them felt so aligned with what we’re building here. I met them both at a London event for people running Skool communities, and honestly… it was so refreshing. Being in a room full of humans who genuinely care about their people, who are showing up imperfectly, and who are deeply involved in their communities in a real, grounded way. It left me feeling very full. 💛 @Sal Thompson is leading a Skool community for beginners in digital income. Her space is called Unhinged Marketing Hub — and the name alone tells you everything you need to know. 🤍 @Serena DAfree runs a Skool community connected to a non-profit organisation committed to breaking the cycle and stigma of domestic abuse through awareness, education, and prevention. I’m really honoured to have you here. 🤗 I shared before that my word for 2026 is community. And being on Skool is teaching me what that word actually means. As I look around, it feels like the world is slowly turning back towards community models… towards real human interaction… especially after the overload of AI-generated content and surface-level noise. It makes me feel so optimistic about where humanity is heading. I’ll stop here before I get emotional 🥹 But I’d love to ask… Do you have a Skool community or are you feeling the pull to create one? A gentle reminder for your nervous system: You don’t have to be perfectly calm, regulated or “in the spirit” today. Presence isn’t a performance. It’s just… coming back to this moment, in this body, again and again. Today, presence might look like: - taking one slow breath before you walk into a busy room - feeling your feet on the floor while family conversations swirl around you - noticing “I’m overwhelmed” and stepping outside for 2 minutes of air - tasting your food instead of wolfing it down between tasks - catching yourself future-tripping and gently returning to right now If being present feels hard, that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It usually just means your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time. A simple practice for today: Not being the perfect host. Not keeping everyone happy. Not pretending you’re fine. Just checking in with your body, a few times, and asking: 👉 “What do I need in this moment to feel 2% safer being here?” A sip of water. A breath. A boundary. A pause in the bathroom with your hand on your heart. That counts. That’s presence. 🌿 If you’re practising even one tiny moment of being here with yourself today, feel free to drop a 🌟 so we can quietly cheer you on. Sending you care, exactly where you are, Clara x

🌟 NEW 🌟 7-Day Sleep Reset Challenge 💤
I’ve just uploaded a new 7-day challenge, and it’s all about easing tension out of the body, soothing your nervous system, and gently preparing yourself for deeper rest. Each day is just one simple step, nothing heavy, nothing overwhelming. And honestly… I really need this myself. 🙈 I haven’t been prioritising my sleep lately and I’ve slipped into that little loop of: not enough sleep → more caffeine to get through the day → caffeine messing with my sleep (especially if I have it after 2pm) → going to bed later → repeat You know that cycle where your body is tired but wired? Yep… I’m right there. So I’m doing this challenge with you. 🥳 If you’re committing too, say “yes” or drop a sleep emoji 😴 so I know you’re in. Tonight’s Step (Day 1): Choose your ideal wake-up time and bedtime. Then actually put yourself in bed at that time, even if you don’t fall asleep straight away. You can read, journal, stretch… whatever feels soothing. It’s just about getting your body used to winding down at a set time. Who’s joining me? 😴🫶

The moon will join your coalition (I've always wanted an opportunity to say that!) But seriously I'll join you - sleep is so important - I commit to going to bed by 7pm (okay, so I like to go upstairs and watch tv -we don't have one in the living room) and lights out by 9pm. Only 1 cup of coffee a day (usually it's before 7am as I tend to wake up between 3 and 5 (which I love because it's still dark)
🧘‍♀️ What does rest mean to you?
When you think of rest… what comes to mind first? Is it sleep, quiet time, watching Netflix... or is it something that fills you back up, like movement, nature, or creativity? There’s no right or wrong answer. Rest can look very different for each of us, especially depending on our nervous system patterns and personality. If you could only pick one way to rest right now… which would it be? 💤👇
