Hey ya'll, what does it mean when there are missing videos in a step? My second part of step 6 has no videos altho the 1st part (of step 6) had the videos. Interesting.

@Christie Berry I'm not doing the candida protocol yet. I feel like it's the cortisol wiring me out. I'm soooo tired, yawning over and over all night but can't actually get to sleep. Im too over whelmed to start something new after just changing to plant based. It's too much.

@Christie Berry i changed before I had my appt with you actually. I changed bc what I was doing, the low carb, keto carnivore thing for many years apparently isn't working. Plus, my compassion for animals compels me to go plant based.

@Christie Berry thank you! I saw it and agree, breathwork is amazing, but you have to DO it to be successful. Lol I'm going to try harder to be consistent.

My primary health goal is to maintain my health, strength, and energy as I age (I'm 62 now). #2 - What I want out of this community is to be of the utmost service... #1 I'm Jill. I moved to Huntsville in 1999 from central FL but I've moved 8 times in the last 10 yrs for various reasons. Not fun. My primary health goal is to get my energy back and feel like myself again. #2 I'd like to learn and grow in my health journey and help others along the way with encouragement and light and love. #3 my fun thing id like to do is get back out on the road in a camper van and see what's out there to enjoy and meet a like minded tribe to connect with. #4 i don't have a pic on my phone here but I had a travel trailer in 2020 (yea, the year they let loose the plan-demic) and it didn't go well so sold it and want to be more incognito this time around with something smaller to manage and travel.
