Live from Davos 🎤 The AI Adoption Challenge Everyone’s Talking About
I’m currently in Davos at the conference, and honestly, there’s one theme I keep hearing from leaders across different industries - and it’s SO relevant to what we talk about here. Here’s what they’re saying: leadership teams KNOW they need to adopt AI to stay competitive. That’s not even a question anymore. But the real challenge is getting their employees and teams to actually use it. These leaders are sitting on budgets, tools, and resources… but they’re struggling with the human side of the equation. Change management. Getting people to shift from “this is scary/unnecessary” to “this makes my job easier.” ❓What are you seeing at your company when it comes to AI adoption? ❓And if you’re in any kind of leadership role - what do you think it actually takes to shift culture around AI? What’s worked for you, or what would you try? Drop your thoughts below 👇 I think we can learn a lot from each other on this one!

Where I work, I have seen more recently AI automated workflows for tickets and customer service. I’m in Marketing they haven’t automated this side yet 😅 (getting there I am sure because they had emphasized that new direction late last year) so trying to equip myself for this role and for when my own business is launched. Ai needs such a rebrand or repositioning. It started with such negativity (job loss) and the rapid pace at which it has been evolving (especially with more convincing deepfakes) makes it harder for individuals to get a chance to process all that, moreover trust it.
Welcome to She Leads AI 👋 I’m so glad you’re here!
This is a women-led space to learn how to use AI for real career and business growth, without the overwhelm, noise, or tech-bro energy. You do not need to be technical, confident, or “good at AI” yet. Curiosity is enough. To get us started, I’d love to hear from you 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments and answer ONE or TWO of these: - What do you do right now? - Where would you love AI to help you most in your work or business? - What is one thing about AI that currently feels confusing or intimidating? There are no right answers. Sharing helps others feel less alone and helps this community grow in the right direction. I will be using your answers to shape what we focus on next, including topics, tools, and guest sessions. Thank you for being here at the beginning. Let’s make AI feel useful, human, and empowering, together. Wiktoria 🌟

Hi I’m Jhenelle-Monét from Jamaica, and working as freelance in integrated marketing and branding. I currently use Ai for data and content development but I would love to learn to set up workflows to improve efficiency and workload.
