Live from Davos 🎤 The AI Adoption Challenge Everyone’s Talking About
I’m currently in Davos at the conference, and honestly, there’s one theme I keep hearing from leaders across different industries - and it’s SO relevant to what we talk about here.
Here’s what they’re saying: leadership teams KNOW they need to adopt AI to stay competitive. That’s not even a question anymore. But the real challenge is getting their employees and teams to actually use it.
These leaders are sitting on budgets, tools, and resources… but they’re struggling with the human side of the equation. Change management. Getting people to shift from “this is scary/unnecessary” to “this makes my job easier.”
