If I can’t find boots on the ground to go visit the property for me, then I will hire a photographer to go take pictures and video or the property. It doesn’t have to be professional photographer, they are usually able to take the pictures with their phone and I usually pay them between $50 - $75 for this. You just have to be very specific of what you want and how you want the pictures taken. I have a sheet that I send them so they know exactly what I need from them.

The contract section is locked until you reach level 3. If you click on leaderboard it will tell you what you need to reach level 3. Hope this helps.

The YouTube videos Max has are amazing, especially the one that he shows you how to cold call and door knock. The only advice I can give you is to go out there and start doing. Its going to feel like you don't know what you're doing and are going to make mistakes and its ok cause that's how you will learn. We all started that way, with time you will find what works for you and what doesn't.
