The Superbowl is on Sunday. Chiefs vs Eagles... who you got? How many people will use BAMO or STEA throughout the game? STEA for trying not to react to a play or call and throw something at the tv...... Me? I think I will sit this one out, but if I had to choose - Fly Eagles Fly 🦅.

It’s the weekend 😁🙌
I am ready to chill for a day or two if I can. I have taken a walk in the sun ☀️ with my 🐕 to get started. I am thinking about sitting by my 🔥 pit tonight and listen to some tunes. What are people doing this weekend to relax and recharge from the week?

I was late to this party but I read and crocheted a little. Learning how to crochet and breathing techniques come in very handy! On the weekends, usually Sundays, I am device free. No cell phone at all. Find it very relaxing to just relax

@Robert McKinney definitely a slope but its soo refreshing. if you can start with a couple of hours without it, then a half day, etc. It will take some getting used too. I go from the time I wake up to dinner time and that's when Ill hop on to do my daily routine for about 15-20 mins. Then off to sleep.
Brain Training in 2025!
Today I led a MSM training workshop for 16 people with @Carl Erickson at Benning Construction in Atlanta today! The group enjoyed learning how to see STOP signs. use the BAMO breath, and find the GOOD in situations. More to come as the year progresses.

Cold Showers!
I know that is winter time and cold for many of us. I am curious who is doing any level of cold shower each day or during the week. I do a short amount of time each morning in the shower, it might be 30 seconds to 60 seconds, sometimes more. This does help lift my morning head fog and helps Me start to focus on my day. If you are doing some cold exposure I would like to hear about how that is going for you.

I partake in the cold 🥶rinse when I get in. Roughly about 20 seconds to a minute. Just enough to make me go "eeek"😜 cause its cold but also enough to jump start the insides. Then its a normal hot hot 🥵shower from there😏.
